BODY CONDITIONING

At Claire’s Fitness we offer a wide range of conditioning classes focussing on all the major muscle groups in the body from specific leg, arm and abdominal workouts to a 50/50 mix, total tone up, balance and core classes. Class offered as part of a weekly/monthly package.

HIIT/LIIT

High intensity/Low Intensity Interval Training Ever thought that you’re not fit enough to do a HIIT class - let us show you that they’re suitable for all fitness levels. These are great for your cardio vascular system and guaranteed to leave you buzzing all day! Class offered as part of a weekly/monthly package.

PUMP 

A low intensity static weight class using free weights specifically designed to help get you lean, toned and fit. Easy choreography so you don’t have to be co-ordinated to get the most from this class. A great way to target specific muscle groups. Class offered as part of a weekly/monthly package.

STRETCH

A focus on stretching the entire body and ironing out those muscular knots. Classes are light hearted and choreographed so that all levels of fitness can enjoy them. Class offered as part of a weekly/monthly package.

BALANCE & CORE

Are you a runner? Do you get lots of strains through your calves and achilles? Do you need to shift weight around your middle? Then this session is a must for strengthening in those areas. We combine this with some great standing abdominal exercises to help tone your core. Class offered as part of a weekly/monthly package.

AEROBICS

Are you a disco diva? Or have you got two left feet? Either way, join our Aerobics class once a week and become a dancing queen/king! Easy choreography, well broken down with moves we can all enjoy together. Class offered as part of a weekly/monthly Aerobics only package.
