WELCOME TO CLAIRE'S FITNESS
Claire's Fitness was created in March 2020 taking studio fitness classes on to a digital platform with the aim of making exercise accessible to all abilities. If you want to have fun, get fit and be motivated then our workouts are just what you need. I cater for all physical abilities giving clear instruction and easy to follow sessions. At Claire's Fitness I have built an online community focussed on helping everyone achieve their fitness goals.
Every session is planned to suit all levels of fitness with variations and modifications given. If you're a runner, dancer, walker, golfer etc then our total body workouts will help improve your performance.

WEEKLY WORKOUTS

Already fit, I joined Claire’s Fitness to fill in the gaps that were in my usual routine, ie I needed to add weights, stretching, flexibility and I’m always ready to burn off a bit of my excess energy! Finding 30 minutes, 5 days a week, is not a huge commitment, and you can always catch up if you can’t make the live sessions. 6 weeks in and I’m hooked and it’s working perfectly for me.

I re-joined Claire’s Fitness three months ago, and the difference has been amazing. I’ve noticed improved balance, increased overall fitness, and much better shoulder flexibility. The short classes are easy to join live or fit in on playback during a busy week, which makes staying consistent so much easier. I first found Claires fitness during lockdown. Her 30 minute fitness sessions are fun and informative. It's like she's actually there with you cheering you on. You can do them live or at anytime to suit you. The workouts are never boring and Claire is always changing her routines up. Claire also keeps in touch and checks how you are. I can honestly say she's the best fitness person that I have found.
