A high intensity interval training session where you'll be working both lower and upper body. 30 seconds of work followed by a 30 second rest. Then block two is exercise 1, and 2 and then a 30 second rest until we have 6 exercises in total. Then just to rub salt in the wound we'll do it all in reverse!
