I joined Claire's Fitness group in the autumn as I was recovering from a nasty post-Covid inflammatory condition. I'd previously hated any form of keep fit and, at that time, was quite weak. Three months later I can't stop raving about the classes - Claire is motivational, cheerful and fun. I feel so much better now: more flexible, more energy and generally healthier as a result! Absolutely fantastic and most effective 30min. each day. Really don’t need the gym, heavy weights and expensive PT anymore. I can do the sessions flexible at any time. After only 3 weeks, I could see proper results having a much more toned body. Also no injuries the last 6 months although heavy training load in my Triathlon Program. Best Strength sessions ever!

I would recommend Claire's Fitness classes to anyone of any age and any fitness level. The classes are adaptable to your own level. A really interesting and encouraging personality. Every session is different so I never get bored. She gets 5 stars from me
